It's very tasty. My favorite restaurant in town.

It’s so good. I got the Pad Thai with shrimp, fried tofu, no bean sprouts, and wide noodles over the normal noodle. They add fresh sliced carrot and cabbage. Everything has a great texture. Next time I’ll dine in.
To use the wide noodle is extra $3 at lunch but not dinner I think. Still worth it as a occasional treat.
Total was $16.72 for dinner.

Neat Place. Simple Decor. Courteous Staff. Fast Service. Great Food. Good Portion Size.

Friendly and attentive wait staff. Good food. Food tends to be a little on the spicier side. I would order one level below what you usually order at a Thai restaurant. Place was bright and well lit with plenty of nearby parking.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly. Tasty Thai food.

We’ve eaten here before and enjoyed their food however my wife and I (party of 2) arrived at 2:02pm and the hostess said they were only taking to go orders because they close at 2:30. That being said regardless of party size arrive at least a hour before closing time to eliminate the risk of being turned away. Such a let down! Also the restaurant hours need to be updated on google.

Had dinner at this place…..my husband and brother had a drink from the bar next door…….i have always respected a restaurants rules and have no issues abiding by them but there is a way you speak to your customers……we were asked to not bring the drinks inside and the server was supper rude about it…..I spilled the drink outside but one of the server allowed them to bring the drink inside.
Food was good we ordered medium spicy but it was spicy
I will give a 4 for food and 0 for customer service . Being a restaurant owner myself I think I know a thing or two about customer service ! Not coming back here again.

BEWARE ***Jasmine Thai restaurant is serving food mixed with very harmful chemicals in their spices. My wife was sent to ER twice with their food. Pad Thai vegetarian dish was the recent culprit. PLEASE BE AWARE and Save your loved ones and share it with everyone you can, so Jasmine Thai owners and investors can fix their food.

Parking: Downtown parking is difficult in general, especially during peak hours like lunch time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are readily available and all flooring is flat.

TLDR - BAD FOOD, Ok Service, no refunds or redoing even if they mess up your food.As someone who frequently dines at Thai restaurants and values sharing both positive and negative dining experiences, I feel compelled to document my recent visit to this Thai Jasmine, which unfortunately ranks as my second worst Thai dining experience. We arrived at 5:30 PM to find the restaurant moderately busy with 8 to 10 tables occupied and only one waiter on duty. After a lengthy 15-minute wait to place our order and an additional 35-minute wait for our food, our anticipation was met with disappointment. The service, though courteous, struggled under the weight of evident understaffing which improved with time. Our server did her best under the circumstances. The appetizers were passable, but not without issues; the sauces for the jumpy chicken wings and fried rolls were mixed up, an error we chose not to fuss over at the time. The main courses further contributed to our dissatisfaction. The 'medium spice' Thai fried rice ordered by my wife proved excessively spicy, surpassing the heat tolerance of even a South Indian palate accustomed to "extra spicy masala" food. Seriously “Don’t try without supervision” type of spice. It’s an error they didn’t want to review or correct by inspecting the food. Conversely, the Pad Thai, which I had requested spicy, was bland and lacked the advertised heat. When we addressed these inconsistencies, another staff member informed us that they could neither refund nor redo our order due to a backlog and only one chef working. Again, nobody inspected to confirm and their response - “no refund, can’t remake this because of backlog orders, next time order low spice” :)DAMN THE AUDACITY!!!It's disheartening to see a business falter this way, and without significant improvements to customer experience, I fear for its longevity! I paid for everything and added a tip for the waitress who did ok(the other two were clueless on how to address the feedback, probably employees and were under strict guidelines- no refunds, no redoing, no inspection :) )Improve your service and earn back my business!
