Right when we walked in me and my family felt lost. No one greeted us or told us to take a seat. It wasn’t busy at all for the lack of customer service. It was so bad a gentleman from the bar area asked if we ever been there, and he is the one told us where to order food ( right hand side) and where to order drinks (left hand side) mind you he was a customer NOT a worker. He also recommended us something on the menu. When we approached the counter the young lady had zero customer service , she just took or order didn’t ask if we had any questions . Now on to the food, it was partly cold for both our orders on the meat selections. It was if they quickly warmed it up and just served it on a platter. definitely not worth the price for cold food. Would not recommend and won’t be coming back.

DJ was so loud for the space that you couldn't have a conversation at your table! Very disappointed in the food, no BBq flavor for tri-tip sandwich and bbq pulled pork no bbq flavor, just smoke flavor!! First time trying it and was not impressed and will probably not go back! Staff was not friendly or helpful .

Ordered the wedge salad. It was delicious. The salad was crisp and refreshing, the pickled onion was the right amount of sour, the sugar pecan was a surprise! I highly recommend this salad 🥗 😋 the tri-tip dip was also so yummy.

Great place if your white or maybe Mexican but not black very racist my 7 year old son is traumatized the way they yelled and disrespected us over there own mix up they treated us so badly in this day and age for blatant racism is crazy I will be following up and filing a Formal Complaint this is not right

I need HALF stars...2.5 Nice location in downtown Tracy with great service. Food was different. Definitely ask what is IN items like MacNCheese, etc...(I had to send mine back). The Salmon was seasoned great, while the TriTip had Zero seasoning and was saved by the BBQ sauce, which is pretty tasty. I would return when I'm back in the area to try some other things...

Great place! We were the first to arrive before a ton of people showed up For lunch. Very nice and you get your food fast and piping hot! Even with a lot of people the service was still fast! My chicken sandwich was moist and not over cooked! Same with the pulled pork sandwhich my fiancé got. Cooked perfectly.

Didn’t make it to the food because we were put off by the service. Wasn’t greeted when we came in even though there was staff around and they didn’t look very busy. Waited around by the door for awhile then walked in and approached staff. Told them we’d like to sit outside and they said they’d bring us menus. Waited outside for awhile and nobody showed up so we left. Bad first impression, but might try again someday.

The food here is good but not great. The salmon I bought was dry. The chicken was also dry. The side salad was pretty good. Tried the sliders and they were good but not great. I'm guessing that this place is known more for their beer on tap, but since I don't generally drink outside my house, it was kind of a letdown when it came to the food.
