Sandwich was awesome but the kiosk experience seemed so impersonal. Not to mention they gave me someone else's order when I was the only one waiting 😕 Seems to me it wouldn't be confusing for the workers with the automation nowadays. Workers didnt even say my name. Just said pastrami & I got a small instead of large

Sandwich so good I didn't even get to take a picture. I came all the way from Stockton to go to this location and it was worth it! I ordered with no sauce because of my drive and it was so good it didn't even need it. Thanks Travis ,Lisa, and Alaina.

I’m sure the workers are fine but both sandwiches my wife and I ordered tasted terrible. Sweet bbq sauce mixed with sweet pickles on hard bread. Not good.

I am an unhappy customer. I specifically requested no peppers on my sandwich. See attached photo -- it took quite a while to fish out those peppers. I called the manager and his apathy was pervasive. "Come back and get a free sandwich". Well, I don't need another chore, thank you. And I seriously doubt any corrective action was taken. I expect better for $22. If you patronize this store, be sure to check your order.
Came in 10mins before closing ordered my sandwich all for him to tell me he cant toast it . Im super pregnant and now i cant eat because a toaster is unplugged like plug it back up !!!
