Poor service lack of employees. One person has to do everything including cash register.

They have changed in terms of serving. Now there is no self service. Else their service was good.

It taste awful, customer service was not good, very rude

Understanding covid regulations. It kinda takes the fun out of customizing the frozen yogurt. The employee that served me was very quiet and didn't give me instructions to my yogurt cup. She was asking me questions but it was very hard to hear and she was also very slow. The line was 15 min wait behind one person.

It's good! Just they should add more toppings

Great little place in the mall. The watermelon sorbet was top notch. Had a quick little Daddy Daughter date there tonight! Great thing to do in under 30 minutes!

Very bad customer service. The owner was rude and racist. He said we couldn't say the right order. So, he refused to give us a refund.because he said as a owner he have the right to do it. also he called the 3 security guys to kick us from west valley mall .

one of the best places 10/10 must try! Its so good and im going again today! my favorite mix of the ice cream is vanilla and chocolate! my favorite milk tea is the strawberry one! There are 100% covid safe and the staff are very friendly! There was only 1 staff that has ignored me once but other than that very good!

They wouldn't give me my order at all?..i did say no receipt..so i waited and they couldn't remember I was there

I was at the mall yesterday with my sisters and I needed to take a prescription. We headed inside Tutti Fruity and I started to look at the drink selections. As I was trying to decide if something was going to work for me the gentleman behind the counter started telling me about the milk teas and smoothies (I’m going to assume he’s the owner). I told him I was probably going to get a milk tea since what I needed was something to take my prescription. His response was, “oh, then just let me give you a cup with water!” I was impressed and touched that he was willing to give up a sale and gladly give me a free cup with water which I declined and ordered a boba milk tea and yet he offered me water in case it didn’t work for me. I’m not at the Tracy Mall much but believe me that when I am, I’ll be stopping at his shop. BTW, the coconut boba milk tea was DELICIOUS!!!
