The manager was really rude and impatient. when I asked her why was she being rude, she began to act more rude. I will not be going there anytime soon and I will let all of my friends and family not to go there when that manager is working. She literally ruined my day.

Placed an order then went to pick up the food and was told that there was no order under that name. There was a bag already sitting on the counter with a wholly different name when we arrived. Showed a lot of relevant receipts showing that it should've already been ordered and prepared at this current place. They continually insisted that they didn't have it - already getting frustrated and annoyed. We insisted that yes - we ordered here - and that's when a lead or manager showed up. They went to check the bag on the counter and it was our exact order, but mislabeled with someone else's name. On top of that, they didn't even have any of the drinks prepared. Not to mention whatever machine that serves the Frosty was serving just pure melted ice cream. Saw a poor gal also get served that slop. We ordered all this at around 7:20 PM, mind you - we didn't even get back until a little over 8 PM. The brown-haired chick with the yellow bracelet and no tag that works at the front should either get retrained or fired because their behavior was unacceptable - especially when the issue arose from THEIR negligence. Completely dismissive of the issue and in fact, tried to shut it down at every single avenue as if they are incapable of mistakes. The front lead/manager was the only one with the common sense to check if the mistake was on their end and resolved it quickly - mainly because they wanted us out ASAP.

I went here 40 minutes before closing. Not only was the person taking my order rude, I asked for a plain burger WITH NO CHEESE because I know some places tend to want to put cheese on a plain burger. I even went out of my way to specify just meat and bun. They put cheese on both of the burgers WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO. 1 star, go literally anywhere else.

Used drive thru, the man who took my order couldn't understand me when I gave my order. I could barely understand his broken English, and thick accent over the drive thru order box.
Had to repeat my order twice, then when he repeated it back, I had to correct him, and one of the drinks was still wrong.
I will not be going back to this Wendy's location.
