I just love Desiree and Alfonso. They are gems! I've known them nearly all my life. Food is excellent and coffee is delicious.

I was confused why this coffee shop wasn’t busy and the one across the way had a line out the door. Well I understand now. Extremely expensive. $20.96 for two lattes. I added 1 shot in each drink and got oat milk. At first she charged me an additional $1.80, an extra shot and a charge for syrup making my total $22.76 for two lattes. She fixed it but it still seemed high for 2 drinks.
Apparently the Macadamia Latte only comes in a 16oz with 2 shots, so when I asked for a large 20oz she added an additional shot for $1, and then my shot that I asked for was another $1. She didn’t want to clarify, instead just saying, “it makes sense to me.”
The environment was nice. Very clean and welcoming. They’ve got a good selection of pastries and macrons. I would just be aware of the prices you’re being charged at this shop.

Easily my favorite local coffee shop. The vibes are cozy, the space is always spotless, and the staff is consistently kind and patient.

The coffee is fantastic—especially the Vietnamese coffee, which is absolutely unmatched. I wish they opened a bit earlier—my husband and I love early coffee dates before work, and we’d choose this place every time if we could. Still, we’ll keep coming back. It’s a true gem!

Been here just a couple of times. Coffee is ok. Customer service is great especially with the young gal at the counter. Place is clean and serene. A good place to hangout, study or just chill.

Honesty At

Be careful and double-check your sandwich before eating. My sister and I ordered sandwiches twice, and both times they came with only avocado inside—missing key ingredients like arugula and egg.

When we pointed it out, the owner came and apologized, and they eventually brought us the missing items. However, the egg they served was not fresh—it was hard and had an odd yellow color.

Disappointing experience overall. Definitely not recommended

I’ve been enjoying coming to this coffee shop for more than 10 years. Their recent renovation has made it feel open and bright. They always have a nice selection of classic pastries as well as packaged ready to go items, unusual flavors of macaroons, ice cream sandwiches and fresh breakfast sandwiches. The espresso is syrupy and delicious. I also enjoy a nice Vietnamese iced coffee on occasion here. They are a staple to the community. Closed on Sundays.

Nice family run coffee shop. Whenever I am in a different town, I like to go to local coffee houses, not the chains. This place was nice and clean. All of the people that worked there were kind and professional. I ordered 2-esperssos, and theirs is a double. The selection of sandwiches and pastries was amazing. The display was so inviting. I picked a table near a power plug and worked for about an hour. I watched the locals come in and pick what they either pre-ordered or knew what they wanted. Next time I am here, I will come back for coffee and food. Thank you World Coffee House for your hospitality.

Okay. I am guilty of only leaving bad reviews of places I dislike ? but this place is my safe place. It is such a nice shop, quiet, the atmosphere is comforting, the quality is great, family owned, and the customer service is great so they leave no choice but to give this review. :)))
If you are thinking of a nice place to get away this shop is like stepping into a second home you never knew of, a breath of fresh air. It is surrounded by 2 other coffee shops on the same street but this one is by far my favorite. The iced beverages never feel watery (because often times in other shops they do) and the food is always good. It doesn’t feel claustrophobic, or rushed, they put genuine effort into all the drinks and food they put out. It is such a nice place to sit in on a rainy day, or any day for that matter. <3

a quaint and low-key family owned coffee shop in downtown Tracy with tasty coffee and sweet treats. while service can be a bit slow, the homey atmosphere and quality make it worth the wait.

Extremely slow service. I stood at the counter almost five minutes before someone even looked up to see there was a customer waiting. The cashier didn’t know how to work the register! The sad part is the shop wasn’t even very busy. Coffee is decent though!

For the second time, we Doordashed the "breakfast" sandwhich which is a croissant with egg, sausage, and cheese. The eggs were green and rotten on the inside. I thought the first time it may be a fluke, but it's happened again. This is a genuine health concern, please do not eat the food here. These look like they are prepared WAAY in advanced then just microwaved to order and they are not paying attention to proper food storage\prep. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD
