Keep this to the point, amazing customer service every single time. Clean inside and clean & fresh tasty food. Always happy with Yafa hummus. Accidentally clicked wrong button on order kiosk they didn't argue with me, just handed me some brown rice. That's how you keep customers!! Is losing a customer forever worth 50 cents? Nope. They know how to treat people and that makes me wanna come back!! Kudos Yafa!!

Ordered a bowl for pickup today. Could'nt eat half because one of the sauce was bad sour and bitter. Poured the sauce on food so it was wasted.

Honestly this place blew me away. I wasnât expecting much but the wraps are incredible. Super fresh perfectly seasoned and the sauce is amazing. Everything was flavorful and the service was great. Definitely coming back.
Went to get back home style today, customer service was very crappyâ told me to have patience and not touch utensilââ usually they forget to put fork n all, and I never complained, just grabbed it myself, and the employee acted like heâs doing me a favor by putting napkin in my orderââ quote here Iâll put napkin for you too ââ

I really love this restaurant, the food is absolutely delicious, and thatâs why this is already my second visit this month. The staff is kind, and I truly want to keep coming back often.
That said, I did notice a few service and atmosphere issues that I hope can be improved:
- The lids for cups still havenât been available, and the soft drinks machine isnât making ice.
- The soft drinks are unfortunately served warm, which makes them less refreshing.
- The AC inside doesnât feel strong enough, especially on hot days, it gets uncomfortably warm.
- The steak shawarma meal is pictured with fries on the menu and called a âmeal,â but it was served without fries.
These are small but important details that make a big difference for guests. Please know this feedback comes from a place of love, we really enjoy Yafa Hummus and want to see you at your best. Fixing these issues will make the dining experience even better, and weâll definitely keep coming back. Thanks for your understanding!

Yafa used to be an awesome place. As it has grown and hired new people, they are not well trained. They often have a difficult time running their computer and while the food remains good, the service at the beginning was really impressive. It has dropped off substantially and is essentially on par with what one should expect at a typical fast food restaurant. Expect to wait a long time if you go in with anyone else there.

Hands down one of the best spots in town. Such amazing food and so many options to choose from. Staff is well versed in allergies, specifically gluten allergies and letting us know what we can and can't get. My husband has celiacs and was able to eat here safely! It's a new go to spot every time we're in town. The falafel, chicken bowl, and the hummus are absolute must trys.
