Some of the best Chicken Korma I’ve ever had!!! Absolutely perfect. I cannot wait until I’m in the area again so I can try something else on the menu. Although that’s going to be tough because I can’t stop thinking about that Chicken Korma!!!It was also easy to get in and out quickly.

An awesome dhaba with very tasty food and great service. Jaswinder and her family are so welcoming and hospitable, gives everyone a feeling of home away from home. We planned our Yosemite trip around stopping here for lunch both on way from San Diego to Yosemite and on our return drive back to San Diego.Looking forward to stopping by their new location on our next trip, and experience true Punjabi dhaba style charpai seating.Best wishes to Jaswinder ji for a great future with the dhaba!Vegetarian options: Very balanced vegetarian option. Folks, The Punjabi Indian food here is amazing and the staff very accomodating. . All the dishes we had were really tasty and fresh.We had:- chole (spicy chickpea curry) + Amritsari Kulcha (stuffed oven roasted bread) - Outstanding. Get the chole spicy.- grill roasted karela (Indian Bitter melon vegetable). If you are a fan of Karela vegetable , you have to try this preparation. It is novel and tasty.- Sarson Saag + Makki Roti ( mustard and spinach vegetable puree with thick corn flatbread roti's) - also quite good- Chaas (mildly spicy cold butter milk drink) - yum - much thicker , spicier and creamier than other versions I have hadIn addition we had their masala chai (sweet and strong Indian tea cooked with spices) and their Housemade red pepper pickle (sweet and hot).Everything was really fresh and delicious!The place is very small and humble and in a kind of truckstop locale, but well worth the trip. Per the name the food is reminiscent of roadside truck stops in India (Dhaba) where you can get some of the tastiest and freshest food.It is about an hour from Kettleman City and well worth the drive if you are in the area and craving some Punjabi Indian food.Highly recommended.

We were going to get BBQ til we saw this restaurant. WOW excellent food, the family was so nice and explained each dish. My wife had the goat curry dish, I had the lamb curry along with the Smosa. Will definitely return here again.
