Don't expect them to open on time. Every time I bring my kid around lunchtime, they are the only ones not open. Employees seem to be just showing up, on average, 20min after they were supposed to be open. I usually end up eating elsewhere because of this

Couldn't make the Angus Cheese Steak sandwich. This was at 4:20 pm. Very upsetting and poor customer service. I didn't get anything. Because they have to prep it and they didn't want to do it..zero stars.

This place charges .75 cents for half a piece of cheese to switch on a slider. You don't even get a whole slice. Plus their exchanging it you already paid for one slices worth. They're just there to rip off the customers and abuse the government money. They don't even allow you to use the app to save cash on the deals. They're not willing to work with the customers 😒 all they want to do is tax, you tax you and tax you some more. They're just lucky military people are polite but this is unacceptable and I have to say something about it. Maybe you should too, and they would stop this cheese taxing nonsense!

Arby’s was the only place in the food court with no line. I should’ve taken that as a hint. Not sure why service was so slow, but Panda turned over the line twice in the time it took Arby’s to serve the two people in line. Two people, in about 20 minutes! I got a beef and cheddar with curly fries. The curly fries were okay. I don’t recommend Arby’s.

As long as you have these awesome two for seven deals, I'll keep coming back. The French Dip is awesome, and they give you so much au jus. On the other hand, the mint shake was horrible. Time to bring back the orange vanilla shake.
