This is a really small location. Sometimes they are open sometimes they are not. But I do like going on Tuesdays when they have their specials and you get a good price on the ice cream. The selection is really small but it is nice to have right here readily convenient on base. Service is fine as well

Childhood memories, it was nice to walk into Baskin Robbins and remember the awesome times I had growing up and grabbing a scoop. It's been years since I've been to a B.R. so I was surprised to find my favorite/classics were no longer available. Rum raisin was replaced by cotton candy crackle, pistachio was now replaced by pistachio almond and cookie dough was nowhere in sight! It's nice to grab a scoop or two every once in awhile and reminisce of my childhood love for ice cream, three out of five stars since they got rid of a few classics, I know I have the taste of an 85-year-old salor, because who else do you know that likes rum raisin!

I just picked up the second ice-cream birthday cake in a month and it turned out beautiful! Beautifully decorated and delicious, this store has a wonderful cake decorator who does a beautiful job! My husband ordered a birthday cake for me and was able to chose the flower colors and design, it turned out stunning. You can't go wrong with the ice-cream creations at this store. One satisfied customer!

Just know if your kids work here be careful they are not kid friendly and not the most appreciated place to respect kids in there needs (like school is a priority) and don't communicate like they should. As they promote they are a kid friendly place to work because that is all they hire. They are not an equal opportunity work place for sure. I would never recommended them to anyone to for a work place of employment. Minors have rights and don't forget that. They lie and very disrespectful.

Customer service was good. Only downfall, I paid for fresh packed quart of ice cream and when I left happened to open it and it was not filled up. I could just bought one pre packed already for a dollar less. I didn't have time to turn around and go back.

One of the most clean baskin Robbins I have been too. Everything was very organized and they have quiet bit variety of flavors and ice cream cakes. Bali, the store manager was extremely helpful and cheerful. Even though there were customers walking in every minute, she never lost her smile and gave them best service possible. We got beautiful Nemo cookie dough ice cream cake and chocolate ice cream for my son. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins on Travis Blvd. Cheers!

This is a clean location, the bathrooms are neatly kept. And in my experience, they have a very decent selection. I've been here twice this summer. Even when the lines are long, the customer service is fast. Customer service is great. Everyone who has helped me has been friendly and prompt. Good Baskin Robins location overall.

Came here to start off my birthday & they don't have mint chip ice cream?? Like what the heck. All the options they have for ice cream rn are terrible, fix ur freezers. And the ladies service was terrible.. lol. Don't put your stress/ anger out on other ppl pls.

So it's Mother's Day and my wife wants a Milk Shake from Baskin Robbins. The kids want the same. I'm off to go get them. I arrived. Quite a few people there. Had to repeat my order several times. I paid and waited. The bill was almost $32.00 for four milkshakes. They were terrible. Too much milk and no ice cream. Didn't taste them till we got home. Went back. They remade them and they were just as bad. It was crowded and a joke. After quite a bit of time they finally gave me my money back. Left and went to Cold Stone. Got four milkshakes for $21 and they were great. Pretty amazing that Baskin Robbins couldn't make a decent milkshake.
