Worst BK in the world esp the Filipino Manager acting like shes the boss and can fire me... i was wating for a sandwhich for 30mins im the only customer there. Ofcourse i would be upset. And asked where do i work and get me fired for being upset?????? Woorrrst.

Travis needs to install an exit for the drive through. This is easily the slowest BK in California and I’ve been stuck in line for over twenty minutes more than once.

The staff here is always friendly and fast. They put any other location's staff to shame. The quality of the food is impeccably consistent! They are a model of what the brand can and should be!
They work so hard and I notice this every time I show up to eat. They really do make the experience of even a chicken sandwich worth it

Be aware of a young man that works there. he is rude with customer. He'll either work at the register or at the drive thru and he uses his hands to communicate with you like you are a dog. In the drive thru, he responds rudely with "HAHH". He has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was working the drive thru on the morning of January 22, 2022 around 9am.

This is my second time for breakfast and my first drive thru a month ago i asked if i can get a hot water, i got a hot water $0.99 cnts i pay for the cup but hot water is free, today i drive thru and ask for hot water and hand out my water cup they said they dont accept anything from outside, but you are accepting money from customer which is outside, i ask for hot water not to kill anybody with a covid but to drink my coffee, its so funny how the employee working in the base aren't have any common sense. If you cant give a hot water to your paying customer then you need to get out of the base! Burger king we dont need you inside travis afb, you are not doing your contract the way you supposed to be. I will contact your leadership and the base leadership for you being greedy just for a hot water.
