My delivery order was delivered an hour after the order was listed as ready and waiting for driver.
The food was lukewarm at best. The toppings were dry.
Management needs to better monitor orders. I know they were busy but an order should not be delivered after it was sitting ready for an hour.

Marked my delivery as out for delivery for 20 mins before it actually left the store. Took an hour and a half, I call the store to see what’s going on. They didn’t even actually have my pizza. An hour and a half and they either forgot it or something. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop incorrectly marking your orders as out to make your numbers look good. Had to cancel. Never been so irritated with someone in my life.

My family ar currently at lodging, ordered 3 pizzas. It took the delivery driver 35 minutes (he sat still for more than 15 minutes). After speaking to the manager they agreed to remake everything. An hour later still no pizza, called back, pizza had never went out for delivery. It arrive another 39 minutes burnt!
Do not recommend, disappointed especially on an installation

This place should be shut down. Not only the app doesn't work, the employees doesn't do their job well. Both pizzas are burnt. The person who delivered my order took past the hour to deliver them. They don't deserve the tip at all and left the pizza on the ground. Good thing I have a ring doorbell or else I wouldn't have known it was left there.

The Domino's on Travis AFB, food is good and the employees are awesome. Has access to other parts of the Exchange from inside when they're open so you don't have to walk out in the heat.

ordered pizza on the app, they delivered it to the wrong dorm bldg and then didnt answer the phone after i called mulitple times.

They knew we were on base and they said something about us being in Fresno ca- really??!! So one hour and 22 minutes late we go the pizza!! By the way they had our payment and hour and 30 minutes ago! Lousy delivery every time we come to Travis afb. Next time we will pick it up IF we ever order from them again!! Should have known by the really bad reviews they have!

The pizza tasted great. But they omitted a topping that we requested be put on. They said it would would be a ten or fifteen minute wait until our food was ready. My friend gave her name so they could announce when the order was ready. IF they called her name aloud, neither of us heard it. We both started getting curious after a 20-25 minute wait. I went up to the counter to check. Our food was just sitting in boxes waiting for us.

Dietary restrictions: Talk to the staff who's behind the counter.
Kid-friendliness: There were two(mostly one) screaming young girls there. They weren't forced to leave.
Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair can gain access into the store very easily.

Nice counter people, took order with no problems. Plenty of toppings for the family liking. They want to steer you to the app. Didn't realize that until I paid more for the special than advertised and said I needed to order that way.

One of the nicer Dominos I've been to, kind employees & everything looked pretty clean. If you speak Spanish, they have a menu in Spanish in case of miscommunication.
