I ordered my pizzas for 230pm. I arrived to pickup at 215pm. My pizzas were ready and beyond cold. Both also were burnt and there tasted no sauce. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I ordered pizzas from Dominos and especially on base. Terrible.

Ordered on the app. Said pizza would be ready between 4:24-4:34. The app said the pizza was ready at 4:29. Walked in to pick up the pizza at 4:31, only to be told it wasn’t ready. Waited until 4:53 for it to be ready, only for one pizza to be burnt and the other to be missing the buffalo sauce. Ate it just because we were hungry and already home when we noticed the quality was poor.

Worst domino’s i have ever ordered from. Ordered multiple times from this location never been ready when they said it was ready. Arrive to the store and frequently wait over 20 minutes after they said it was ready to be greeted by rude staff members.

Worst dominos ever. Took an hour for delivery then received a cold pizza in a smashed box to where pizza was stuck on the top of the box. The box was shut on a piece of pizza so half was outside the box. Absolutely disgusting. Never again.
Disappointed, I've ordered here lot at lunch. . I feel like they just make up times for closing . Decided not gonna order from dominos on base at least . This second time said there closed at time on time day close 1:15 amI called too order at 11:27pm . If there gonnna day that then I believe should put for customers thst te actually closing . So I don't call when think there open. It's just common curiosity too the customer

Emma answered the phone and said they were closing even though it was midnight she lied to us said that the driver had to go home what a fine colleague taking potential tips away from Ryan who was an outstanding... You're better off going hungry rather than ordering from Domino's on Travis Air

Pretty lousy customer service. It’s located on an air force base too, so if you don’t have a military ID you can’t do pick up. Had to wait at the visitor’s center for a driver to bring it to me.
