The food in this dining facility is awful. It’s not very diverse, super salty, burgers are so tough just like the pizza. Now to make it worse, you have to be served on a plate then have to package the food yourself in a container to save on “waste”. When that isn’t really helping with waste as the dishes still have to be washed which leads to more energy use and waste of resources. The food isn’t free. We either pay for it or if you’re on meal card you get charged for it. So why must people be given terrible quality food and forced to package it themselves if they want to enjoy it away from the dining room. Not everyone who eats here is in training so being treated like this when you’re already in the workforce is absurd.

Imagine serving your country and being treated so poorly in a place where you’re supposed to feel comfortable! The airmen that work here are so rude and could care less! The only ones who are kind are the contractors!! The food is awful compared to other dining facilities and it’s not like it’s free for airmen who live on base!! They’re getting charged and served terrible quality food. Burgers that are brick hard etc! It’s unfortunate.

For an Air Force DFAC, this place is pretty lit. I haven't had good food at most DFACs, but this one consistently seems to serve it up. The staff is nice and they are clearly a step above the normal DFAC experience.

Stopped in during a Space A layover for dinner. The food, atmosphere, cleanliness and service were good, not great. However, the buffet line food was lukewarm, which presents a health issue depending on how long the food has been sitting there.
