Initially, I was very pleased with my service at this establishment, especially since everyone was seemingly pleasant and made my orders to perfection. If it wasn’t done right, they would kindly fix it. What I didn’t realize is, it was a crime to let them know that there was a problem with my order or asked to fix it. I say this because I recently found out how much of a problem I was as a customer after I left one day. Someone I know came into the store right after I left that the team did not realize knew me. I had ordered something and the order was repeated back to me correctly and In the end the order was done wrong and I asked for the order to be fixed. It was fixed, and I went about my business. Once I left, the team proceeded to say my my name in front of other customers and talk very badly about me and how much they couldn’t stand me and how rude I was and told them all about my encounters. It’s OK for people not to like someone, but it is completely inappropriate and unprofessional to talk in front of other customers. I spend over $500 every month at that establishment. I will never step foot In there again, and spend another dime of money where people think I’m such a problem for wanting my order done correctly. I have never used bad or yelled at anyone. I think those people that decided they needed to talk to me in front of other customers must have personal issues if they cannot accept that they made a mistake. I am going to say something if my order is not correct and addressing is what good customer service is all about.

Customer service is not the best they are all immature and be talking and gossiping taking their sweet time making orders. Very unprofessional ! The mobile app never works and that’s a inconvenience and they never honor the deals Starbucks is offering in their App
0/10 the older lady maybe her name is raquel since thats the name on my receipt, she needs an attitude check. Very rude, unwelcoming. Their mastrenas were down, perfectly fine but dang she was very rude saying there was no espresso, no steaming drinks. She was mimicking customers with "can i have an espresso". Totally ruined my morning

Main complaint is the Order Ahead is not working and this store never answers their phone. Unable to conveniently grab coffee with a busy schedule.

I can’t remember the names of the baristas who helped me. They were 2 young girls! I came in on Jan 28 at 12:44. I just want to say they were so sweet and amazing! Please give them some recognition! Our drinks tasted fabulous better than most Starbucks around me!

0/10 I ordered a blonde iced brown sugar shaken espresso. It tastes awful. It is not what I ordered. Doesn’t even look like what I ordered. I think it’s time we all leave Starbucks in 2023.

Staff is great but very long waits almost everyday. Today was the worst. I literally waited 28mins for a Cold brew. This place needs a 6 sigma project. I don't know if it's lack of staffing but my guess is they are not equipped to handle morning mobile orders and the rush they get in person.
Mobile order took 20 mins to complete, while the store was empty...I stood there and watched them take 5 walk in customers before i asked again about my drink...informed them did my order come through?..barista and 2 others had attitude about it...telling me mobile is different...then made the drink in 30 seconds?!...if you forgot/missed the order, just say that! dont lie and blame the customer..not the first problems I've had here and by the other reviews seems to be a common problem! Please be better management.

I feel awful for the people working here. They are all the sweetest people, however Management needs to get it together. If this store cannot handle the mobile orders they simply shouldn’t have it. Especially when most people are working and on time restraints. I only have a 30 min lunch and it’s been taking well over 25 min for orders these days. Also on days when they have half off specials they maybe should turn it off or prepare if possible for the influx of customers. Also another thing I noticed was people like me who did mobile order 20 min prior were not getting their orders but people who came in after us to order in line were getting their orders before us. Fix the issues. I’m not coming here for a while. Which I live on base, I work on base and this would be so convenient but I’d rather spend my money at Dutch bros at this point or even the coffee shops at the hospital or right off base at this point. For this being a military installation, this is not it!!!!!

I'm here multiple times a week, usually early morning. This crew is great. They know our orders at this point ? 10/10 you all rock. Wish y'all had a tip jar!

Current staff drags their feet and gets orders wrong every day, as well as constantly being out of stock of several items.
