This place is a must eat. We ate there the first time after hiking Pinnacles national park in July 2018 and thought the food just tasted better because we were hungry and burnt out. But we have returned every single time were near the Monterey/Pinnacles area and it's just as amazing. Classic and historic saloon. Burgers were classic juicy patties and absolutely delicious. Guy next to me had a steak that looked to die for! Had about 6 beers on tap, couple of wines, wall of whiskey, and $3 cans of beer
Fun atmosphere. Friendly wait staff. Busy place so wait a bit for food. We had tritip steak and it was cooked perfectly but the edges were gristle and tough to chew. Side salad and meal sides were nothing special.
