Very pleasant staff. Julie, our waitress was awesome. Chicken Genovese was very tasty. Made reservation so there was no wait. Glad we came. Highly recommend it. Definitely will come back next time we're visiting friends and family in Hollister, CA.
Our meals were tasty; however, the wine selection was VERY limited; most bottles of wine on the menu were not available- only the ones which were over $100. The Chardonnay from Eden Rift that we ordered was horrible; so tart!😖 We waited a very long time for our soup and salad, and an even longer time for our dinner. Our server seemed pleasant until we asked her if the kitchen was short staffed (because the food took so long to come out); at which point she became defensive...
Everything incredible but when you order specifically ask for LOW SALT to all dishes. The chef is the best but someone in the kitchen is adding WAY TOO MUCH SALT. enjoy this great place.
