My wife and I have our Friday's here. After a long work week we do the mile and a half walk to enjoy the cheap happy hour and the incredible food. If you come, make sure it's a day Melissa is working. In the dozens of times we've been here she's been the BEST server. Prices don't match the menu so that's an off thing to deal with but that's management's problem that they need to handle. Remember. MELISSA.

If you think of eating garlic bread made from the cheapest possible dollar store bread: that's what the garlic bread is like. The gravy (marinara) is tasteless and watery, and according to my 4 year old who is OBSESSED with meatballs, "these meatballs are very bad. They need to do better next time." I don't ever leave reviews like this for restaurants because these are people's well being... but this food is just plain not good. I live about a mile away, and by the time I got home with my food, it was cold, to the point of needing to be reheated. Who knows how long it was sitting out. If you are generally Ok with takeout Italian food, I'm sure this will be on par with that... but for those of you looking for authentic and flavorful: this is not it.

This place is great. The food is fresh and old school Italian. The pizza is to die for good. Everything I have ordered from this restaurant has been exceptional and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you get. You will definitely have leftovers to enjoy the next day. I highly recommend Caruso's to anyone craving good Italian old school food.

Caruso's is a nice, local restaurant. They make good pizza and have a nice little bar area. Portions are nicely sized. The only reason for 3 stars is the salad dressing is kind of watered down and some dishes are short on seasoning or salt and pepper. Caruso's is one of the last traditional sit down restaurants in our area. The service there has always been good and the servers have always been friendly.

Service was excellent. I appreciate the hostess and the hospitality. Order some wings, and the calamari did not disappoint.

I have been going to Caruso's since they first opened. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, but my review is about the service. I ordered take-out last week. When I went in to pick it up, I sat in the booth next to the kitchen to wait for it. I paid, the server gave me my bag, and I left. A few minutes later, I received a call while driving home. It was from Caruso's, telling me they found my wallet in the front booth. I am forever grateful for their honesty and integrity. All of my cards and ID were in that wallet. I would like to publicly thank the person/ people who found my wallet and called me to return it. I wish I got the name. Good karma will be returned. Thank you so much. ??

Terrible experience. My daughter, my son, my son's girlfriend and my self were not impressed with any of the 4 different dishes we got. My son ate his steak but us three didn't eat much from our meal, even the margarita was awful and margaritas are so easy to make. Very disappointed considering the restaurant was pretty empty so the cook has plenty of time to arrange 4 meals. Instead they were sloppy pastas and burned. Guess I know why it's empty maybe stick to pizzas only.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time. I ordered the Italian sub and the crab cakes. It took them 30 minutes to make both. The Italian sub seemed like it was a bit of a lazy effort. Usually an Italian sub comes with a variety of a few meats, but my sandwich came with only salami which was cut very thick. The salami seemed to be standard grocery store quality. The center of the crab cakes were cold. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We had the mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings and pizza. We really liked the mozzarella sticks and wings and also their $4 dollar margaritas. The pizza, although really good in flavor, was soggy and you needed to fold it or use a fork and knife to eat it. Will definitely come back and try other food items.

Great food, great pizza! Next time you order a pizza, get it Sicilian style. You won't regret it!

I don't even like pizza, probably because I've had so much bad pizza. This place was delicious. I judge everything by the homemade crust and freshness.. I'll definitely be ordering my pizza from Carusos from now on Thank you!

This place will never hire men for bartending or servers. Let's start with that. They never have a manager to make calls such as I did not like this meal after taking a bite out of it. Well they can only give you store credit, like a retail clothing store. But most of all not a true Italian restaurant. The food has no flavor, pastas are not fresh and their sauces are not home made or out of a can. Most of everything is frozen and you're paying higher prices for some where you cant taste Italian flavor. If you like Italian food go to ALFRED'S PIZZA ACROSS from sunland park, hands down blows Carusos out of the water .
