They get my order wrong Everytime and when I call and tell the manager he said he will write my name down and then when I go back and tell them that they give me an attitude like it is my fault and it seems like Everytime we go they got an attitude.

I worked high volume fast food drive thru almost full time for over four years and I have a lot of grace for people like me who have to maintain high efficiency and expectations, but I am likely going to stop coming to this Pollo Loco location and wanted to write a review simply because they never fail to completely forget items on my order. I always order ahead and always give time for it to be prepared beyond the allotted window on the app for readiness so that there is time for it to be ready when I arrive as not to rush the crew (anywhere from 5-20 minutes above the highest time in the order readiness window the app provides, for reference), but I have never gotten my complete order from this store, specifically. I thought it was my bad for occasionally ordering an a la carte item with a combo or for ordering chips alongside nachos or something, maybe confusing whoever had to pack the order, but every time I go and whatever I order, something is missing. They're always nice, but as someone also not earning very much, it's a treat to eat out and I just don't want to be missing items I'm paying to come and get, especially since I always give all pick-up orders I place ample time to be prepared. Again, nice people over there, and any customizations to items on order have always been correct, just check your orders before leaving so that you can get the items you're missing, if any are, before you leave, if you choose this location.

I just went there and asked for leg lovers. The guy didn’t even check with the cook and said we don’t have it. I then asked for wing lovers and got the same answer. They usually check and then let me know But this guy was not even checking. When I went to the window to pay I asked for senior discount and he asked me how old I was (I’m 66 btw), I told him I didn’t need to give him that information. Then he said he couldn’t give me the discount if I didn’t show some ID. That he needed to scan my ID. I told him that since I have been buying pollo loco, nobody ever asked to see my ID, then I paid add I asked for some coupons, he said e we don’t have any. He was so rude so I said you guys don’t have anything; no leg lovers, no wing lovers no coupons and he answered yeah, we don’t have anything and closed the window. He was the most rude person working there. I have had bad experiences with this particular location but this guy was the worst!!!!!!

They have really rude customer service suggest going elsewhere they don't even put the right toppings as advertised for the tostada they're always missing avocado sour cream they barely put any rice

I have called them so many time because they never give the right amount of salsa they don't even give the one I ask for it, every single time or they don't have the salsas and acting like we shouldn't ask for it. Today the young man he was so careless about no salsas, and walked a way like he is making me a favor for even talking to me. This location sucks. They don't care about their customers, one person that used to work there said that they don't care about the complaints, people can just complain and complain and they don't care nor do anything to change what is wrong. Also my coupon said $25.00 for 12 prices, when I pay it was $28 plus taxes I asked the boy and he said you already got the discount.
