I worked high volume fast food drive thru almost full time for over four years and I have a lot of grace for people like me who have to maintain high efficiency and expectations, but I am likely going to stop coming to this Pollo Loco location and wanted to write a review simply because they never fail to completely forget items on my order. I always order ahead and always give time for it to be prepared beyond the allotted window on the app for readiness so that there is time...
$5 pollo bowls is insane value, and very tasty and fresh. Not a fan of most the menu but you literally cannot beat this. Their Steak is fantastic as well, particularly in burrito form.
