Picked up an order of 9 tacos (18 total) and fries. Both were super stale. I guess they were sitting out for a while? I know it’s a fast food restaurant but all my tacos stale? That’s too much.

As always, it's the Jack in the Box King for us was a long evening stopped for an energy boost for our journey home. Order a few things food was OK, and the drive-thru moved smoothly overall. The customer service was pretty good. There is nothing really to expand on with this trip. Just was grateful they were open in that they had something to put in our tummy warm with somme ranch dressing. It always makes things better. Laughing but true in some cases!

Ordered grilled chicken Caesar wraps, instead, got spicy grilled chicken wraps. They were old and cold as well as the fries. I really like the Jack in the Box menu, but it seems like a gamble with the odds against you, going here. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot, sometimes not. It seems to be a trend these days with all fast food chains. Employees get paid $20 an hour to give sub par food and customer service. SMH!

Tacos - no hot sauce > EVERY TIME, unless you specifically demand it No napkins - they think we are animals (or owner is CHEAP) Coke - doesn't taste like Coke, their machine is bad Whenever they feel like it - they say systems don't work too bad we can't serve now.
Franchise owner needs to be released, needs new ownership and management.
