This is prob the worst McDonald's I have been to. And I have visited multiple times so its not just an isolated issue. So service. No one to help you at the counter. Takes a while to get food. Some staff seem like they don't wanna be there. They usually aren't in uniform

I was the only car in the drive thru, I Purchased 2 fish sandwiches and of order fries, fries tasted like they were made yesterday and the fish sandwiches were made with Stale buns and way to much tarter sauce which was all over the inside of the container, come on start taking a pride in your work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is almost non existent and the ones that are there might as well not be. Something as simple as asking for napkins can consume a decent amount of time. They just don’t acknowledge you, as if you’re invisible. The cleanliness is also something to question. The tables are almost always dirty.

On their app, i ordered a fish sandwich and a cheeseburger and waited in the parking lot in the pickup area. All went well. I was a bit upset when I saw i could have gotten the the fish sandwich for $2.50, but when I put it down it charged me over $5, and I could not understand the app. So gave up ans my total was over $10. Seemed they offered but then didn't let me have the deal. Never understiond why. I enjoyed my burger ans my mom liked her fish sandwich just didn't get anything for using the app. I was hoping for the discounted price I saw on the app. Oh well. This is why I don't go often. The app is not user friendly and my points never seem to help me.
