I come here for lunch every day because my autistic child will only eat McDonald's fries for lunch. Yesterday, I placed my order on the app, waited 20 minutes, then an employee came out to my car to tell me that the fryer was broken and they could not make fries. In addition, they had run out of meat!!! This kind of incompetence is inexcusable, and at the very least, if they were unable to serve either fries or burgers, their two main staples, they should have shut down rather than inconvenience a lot of people. I wasted another 15 minutes coming in to get my refund, but with the trip to a different McDonald's, it took 45 minutes just to bring home 2 large fries to my child....

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and small fries for $9.94. The small fries were about half of what they used to be. The sandwich only had two very thin slices of pickles on it, very dry.This meal did not fill me up.Not worth it.

Bought one of those Kerwin Frost meals in the drive through along with other meals. No toy inside the 12.99 box! The person at the window either took it for themselves, needs to be properly trained, or they ran out, in which case, don't sell them for 12.99 without the dang toy! Came home to a disappointed child. Not driving back there just to explain myself. I wrote to the corporate office instead and I probably won't hear back. This location has made mistakes before.

I like McDonald's but this place was bad. Had to take my lunch in this McDonald's because I was delivering stuff. Had to spend most of my lunch waiting for my food. They were taking so long to help take my order that I just use the kiosk.

I find it utterly astonishing that every time I come here, my order is always missing something. How is it that people can lack soooo much attention to detail. This time it's a filet o fish. Last time it was an order of McNuggets. When will it ever end?!?! Are you guys ever going to get it together?!?!
