What a fantastic location. I had to make a review because I was so impressed by the class and dignity of the employees. It's WED Apr 9A around 130pm that I was here. A very frustrated customer was having a hard time with the kiosk. An employee was very kind to assist. The customer was just so frustrated and started cussing. I understand. The app is a double edged sword. Great and horrible at the same time. Another employee stepped up to help. She was so polite. I don't know what the outcome was Cuz I moved to the play place to get away. But from the looks of dining room, things seemed to have worked out. I know it doesn't seem like a big to do, but the professional and dignified approach was excellent. The person who brought my order to my table was so pleasant and accommodating . I love it here. Bravo to the staff.

Google as well the McDonald's website say this location has a 24hr Drive-Thru. However tonight I was hungry after work and pulled up at about 11:55pm. I sat at the ordering speaker for about 5 minutes with no response so I pulled up to the window thinking maybe it wasn't working. There was an employee doing paperwork inside, they looked over at me, flipped a switch and all the outside lights turned off. I don't know if the info online is wrong or what but it seems they are not actually a 24hr Drive-Thru.

This McDonald’s location seriously needs better management. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Staff were rude, unbothered, bad service all around. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Drive thru person was very rude and could barely speak English. He kept telling me to come inside and order cause he couldn’t understand me. But honestly I couldn’t understand him

I came to the drive through and the people who take my order are really nice but once you get to the window and they give you you’re food are really rude, the guys managers are nice but the ladies manager are the ones who are really rude they even greet you or say hello or something similar. They are just muted but if they say something it’s always something rude, last time I ask for a extra bag because I had order two combos and they handed me a small Bag I couldn’t even close the bag .they literally try to Charge me 20 cents..I know it’s not much but I have never heard about that in my life. I would like to contact with their supervisor because that shouldn’t be allowed to have bad attitudes towards costumer.

Their service is extraordinary and people are very nice and friendly. However this place has a problem with the men’s bathroom. Its hand dryer has never been operational for the last year or so. It should be replaced or repaired.

The system controls how much soda but look how it fill it up
Update: how is a mini McFlurry bigger in size compared to a caramel sundae ? The mini is cheaper as well. I know it’s not the employee fault but it’s starting to get a little ridiculous. You’re paying more for a sundae with way less soft serve than the mini. I used to eat mc d everyday until I realized everything in that menu has gotten more expensive and way smaller and now they are messing with dessert. At this point I’ll stop coming here all together get my ice cream/ cookies another place and get my morning coffees at starbucks
