I had the opportunity to stop by this McDonald, when I asked for my order to be taken, I was addressed to self service míos, I replied I not tech savvy, a young lady by the name of Vanessa kept on giggling and laughing while assisting me with the order, I felt she was laughing at and kept looking towards the MOD, who by the way refused to give me his name, their behavior was completely unethical and unprofessional, perhaps they should adhere better control of their inner feeling towards the older generation, completely imprudent.Floor looks filthy as well. Moving forward I will never stop here again.

There were pieces of white plastic coming out of the self-serve ice dispenser. We had three large drinks and they all had plastic in them. There was pieces of plastic in our mouths. Plus, we drink quite a bit before noticing. I don't recommend purchasing drinks. Bring your own drinks if you plan on dining at this McDonald's. I'm hoping we'll not have any adverse side effects and that the plastic will pass through our bodies.

Wow! This McDonalds location is great. The food service & the atmosphere is excellent!! Even the restroom was absolutely clean. I haven’t visited Sunland recently. It has remodeled since I last visited couple years I guess. This McDonalds location has never closed or moved to another location. It was usually close to K-Mart (permanently closed) The drive-thru is so easy to access. I should visit there again have lunch & dinner with my mom & my friends. The playground looks greater & larger that kids enjoy. Superb. Keep up the great work.

They aren't that good at customer service, sometimes they are moody and that's when your day goes down,! My dad's wallet he forgot by accident and when he came back for it it was missing $300 WORKER took from wallet?! This was last year! But it's something that no one should be doing!!

Can't believe how expensive they've gotten. 2 cheeseburgers, a fry, and mcflurry for over $17 is way too much money for too little food. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere

One star for the employee at the drive-thru pick up window. We were there this morning 11/3/23 around 11:00 am. Very simple order -- 2 coffees and some fries. It was too much to ask for ketchup, I guess. We also asked if there were coffee straws available. She said yes but just stood there. We then asked if we could have 2 then she just walked away. We waited for the order. When handed our bag we drove off. There were no straws in the bag. Rude!The second star on this review is for the guy in the first drive-thru window. He deserves all the stars. He was so polite and friendly. He greeted us nicely and told us to drive safely after we paid. Too bad the other worker after him left such a bad impression.

I ordered online and decided on curbside pickup as I had my sleeping infant with me. Why did it take a HALF AN HOUR for them to bring my order out? It doesn't help that half of it was cold. I get that they're busy, but that is ridiculous.
