This was my first time ordering here since I just moved to the area, and it was a terrible experience. How hard is it to actually read an order? Not a single thing I requested was done correctly; it feels like the staff couldn’t care less about their jobs, and the quality of service reflects that. Simple written instructions; do you not know how to read? Management seriously needs to retrain, or replace, employees who can’t follow simple instructions.

This place is never taking on subway promotions! It’s honestly sad that the business owner doesn’t give what the customers want. This is why franchise stores will never be as good as corporate🤷♂️

I asked for the bread toasted. Bread was a crumbled crouton. Tasted/ felt like hard stale bread. Broke into dust. I had already drive away. No way that bread is suppose to toast like that. Something is wrong here.
I love this place and my friends and I agree that I’m a picky eater 10/10 would recommend

Avoid this subway at all costs. They overcharge and will do nothing about it. I ordered a classic sandwich and was charged almost $3 more because I was charged as one of their Subway Series sandwiches. They claimed they didn’t have a way to charge me for what I actually ordered. So I got overcharged for a sandwich I didn’t even receive. I ordered a classic and they charged me for a sandwich that has double the meats and bacon which I did not receive and they refused to refund me. TERRRRRIBLE location. Do not come here. I will never be returning here and I will be contacting my bank for my refund as it’s the principal. Being charged for something I did not receive and then saying there’s nothing they can do about is is INSANE.

I ordered the beast for close to $15 and the amount of meat was laughable. It says 1/2 pound of meat it was closer to 1/8 of a pound. 🙄
