The food is not as good as it once was. They have made cheap changes for example the volcano roll was topped with scallops & massago in a spicy mayo. Now they top it with scallops and bread crumbs in a spicy mayo it is not the same and does not taste good. Thier teriyaki chicken is the worst I've had in a long time. Showed up at 8:25pm to dine and and was told they are not taking dine ins any more when they close at 9. They should just close at 8:30 on Sundays.

Wanted some uni nigeri so I went to Asian grill and made 2 orders. When I got home, the uni I had on all 4 pieces was less than a tablespoon. $37 for less than a tablespoon of uni. Save your money and drive to Visalia and go to Sushi Ku. They have more uni on one piece than Asian grill had on 4.

This was my first time coming here with my family. We weren’t too amazed by the food maybe because the main dish is sushi and we aren’t such fans of sushi we didn’t know what to choose, but the food wasn’t what we expected for the price. My main issue was that they charge $33 fee if you have more than 6 people. I feel like is something they should mention prior sitting families down so that they are aware. $33 extra just because you decided to bring your family is not something anyone would like to see onto their bill.

I went here as a pair, I’ve ordered the curry ramen and my partner the fried chicken bowl or something. The ramen broth had no Umami flavor it was just spicy water. And my partner with the salad hat wet rice covered in oily sir fried vegetables but not in the good way. The fried chicken was good when you didn’t got a chewier part. The service was nice but why the hell do they have the most underground jazz music playing in the background. I NEED TO KNOW WHY???

I give this place 5 stars because It’s was Fresh, Flavorful, and Beautifully Made! Asian Grill in Tulare blew me away with their poke bowl—super fresh sashimi, vibrant toppings, and great portions. I didn’t know whether to eat it or frame it. The staff was friendly, and the sushi bar had a great vibe. Tastes even better than it looks—and that’s saying something! Highly recommend.

Drove in from out of town for work, was looking for Asian comfort food.
I ordered the chicken bento and it was delightful! The tempura was super fresh and crispy the veggies especially were delicious, I'm really grateful it comes with tempura sauce. The rice was nice and fresh and the California roll was very flavorful.
Staff was very kind and helpful. I plan on getting sushi next time im in town.

Found this place lastnight while staying in town and decided to give it a try. Thought about taking food to go but decided to eat there and that was definately the right choice. The owner and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely incredible. Any time im passing through town on the 99 and feeling hungry, this will be my go to place to stop for food! Highly recommend checking it out.
