The staff is friendly, the place is small. In fact you can see the employees working in the front. Most of the time there is a line to order. I ordered a pepperoni pretzel and salt bites, both of which were fresh out of the oven. In front of the business there are blue tables where you can enjoy your order.

I ordered the pepperoni pretzel with hot salsa cheese!! The other was the classic with salt!! I also had caramel for the dip. The beauty was they were both fresh out of the oven!! Delicious!!

They're pretzels were delicious! I got a pizza pretzel and a cinnamon pretzel. Very delicious. The cashier who attended me was very nice and friendly.

The pretzels are superb! I love going to Auntie Annie's Pretzel shop! I love that they have coupons and deals on the app and makes it so convenient to be able to scan your receipts to earn rewards whenever you buy a pretzel and/or a drink! In the winterz if you haven't tried the Frozen Hot Chocolate drink, it is awesome! ?

If I could I would give them a 0. I stopped there a little before 8:30pm and the guy working there was mopping and told me they were already closed when the sign says they close at 9:00pm.
