Birthday ruined. Ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t made. They never called to say there’s a problem. Offered me $5 off an already made cake. It only came in one flavor and was old. I guess they figured $5 was all our inconvenience and disappointment was worth.

Girl employee rude, didn't want to make a chocolate shake with a brownie inside. I used to get my pregnant girlfriend them all the time.
Ordered a milkshake. It Was mostly milk for $10. There was almost no ice cream or whip cream on top. Would not recommend this location. Not worth it at all

There is not enough help. And the poor guy is busy and frustrated and giving terrible service because he is overwhelmed not his fault. Get this guy more help

This place was so hot the ice cream was melting … I feel bad for guy that’s working! The owner doesn’t want fix the ac clearly also understaffed! Someone help this place or get some ac for those working people

Terrible service, very short staff, the person who helped me today was an adult woman, she was grabbing the money and without washing her hands, she grabbed Nico no, and when I told her I didn't want it because she hadn't washed her hands, she got upset ?
They are super slow, one hour waiting not 4 people was ahead but they took for ever.. need to hire more time is gold
Dirty, understaffed , and there is a rude lady that don’t use gloves after touching money.
The owner does not treat employees right they belittle their staff and make them feel less in front of customers
