Card skimmer at the register. I hadn’t used my debit card in weeks and made a purchase here and two hours later I had multiple transactions where the merchant had physically typed in my card information and used it somewhere else. My bank confirmation that it was after this purchase my card was copied and able to be used.

Like many other reviews mention, the customer service here was terrible. Only one employee was working while a line formed out the door. The owner — a large Indian man — openly yelled at the employee about her scoop sizes being “too big,” all while she was rushing to keep up with orders. It was extremely unprofessional. I paid $10 for a single scoop that was already melting, likely because the store’s AC wasn’t working, and the portion was tiny for the price. On top of that, the milkshake I ordered was watered down with ice chunks. When I asked for a refund, I felt bad for the worker who had to get the owner, but he refused and insisted she remake the drink despite the chaos. The second milkshake tasted just as bad — likely because of the small, overpriced scoops they use. Will not be returning. Take your business to Coldstone, pricing is worth the quality and you can actually get mixed in toppings.

Oh my goodness. The line was so long and slow. There were (2) workers behind the counter helping the same person one at a time. Then, I saw the lady take some ice cream out with a spoon and started eating it in front of all of us.

The girl and boy you got working there need an older supervisor monitoring them because all they did was talk to each other while the line went out the door. Not only that, my smoothie was nearly a drink it was so watery. You got to do better or hire more mature employees

Arrived at 8:35 pm and They closed the Door in our Faces , when it says clearly open Till 9 pm Terrible Service from Lazy ppl. HIRE PPL THAT WANT TO WORK TILL THE LAST MINUTE . SHAME ON THESE WORKERS

Worse customer service , and not once but every time we go . The employees always look mad , not a single smile , they look forced to be there and I understand no one wants to work but while you’re already there make the best out of it . They always give you the side eye when you ask for a sample or ask for anything at all . Do not recommend this place at all

They don't want long term business, ice cream is expensive but small portions, not worth $9 for a double bowl! Will never come back!

Omgoodness it was terrible at Togos, really bad meat nothing but grisly food. Why Togos allow them to tarnish the business name. Bad . Ice cream tasted like odors as if containers are left opened a waste of 55.00 dollars

Birthday ruined. Ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t made. They never called to say there’s a problem. Offered me $5 off an already made cake. It only came in one flavor and was old. I guess they figured $5 was all our inconvenience and disappointment was worth.

Girl employee rude, didn't want to make a chocolate shake with a brownie inside. I used to get my pregnant girlfriend them all the time.

Ordered a milkshake. It Was mostly milk for $10. There was almost no ice cream or whip cream on top. Would not recommend this location. Not worth it at all
