Just visited there and the lack of stars is not the taste or quality of the the product. I gave it because because they close to early, need to switch to a summer schedule plus half the condiments was already put up.

Myself and three other families tried to get yogurt about 12 minutes before they closed (8pm posted time and the door was open and the lights were on and someone had just been seen leaving with their cup) but the young lady who was working said that they were already closed. It was pretty rude to turn all of us away while the hours of operation said that they were open. I personally haven’t tried their yogurt yet and now I guess I never will, it’s NOT worth the AWFUL Customer Service! She walked around, wiped a table here and there, then pulled chairs inside as another 2 groups tried and also failed to be served.

Extremely Poor customer service, girl didn't really know much for rewards said they had a reward program but she didn't know where her cards were and her machine was broken to come back when a manager was there. She wasn't present when I walked in and stared the whole time I made my yogurt. At the end of my purchase when I asked for a receipt she stated you don't get a receipt unless you pay with card. Funny business for sure. Yogurt was good tho.

Good FroYo and a great selection of toppings. Sometimes they're out of fruits. They do have a sign that says they offer a senior discount, but when my mother-in-law asked she was told there isn't a senior discount. The staff isn't very friendly. The last few times we have been it seemed like customers were an inconvenience to the employees. We typically go there to celebrate something or as a special treat, so it would be nice if the staff matched the energy of what a Frozen Yogurt place means to people
