i don’t really like to leave a review unless i have too, but i place and online order and said it would be really at 9:18-9:20 when i got there at 9:20 the two employees in the front where just talking and pizza wasn’t even started, they didn’t even pull the receipt from the printer. definitely disappointed.

Great customer service. Someone left the pepper shaker open and all the pepper spilled on my pizza. The staff kindly made me a new one free of charge when I let them know. The pizza was great!
We stop here when we go from Solana Beach to the High Sierra. It's a great place to have a bite and to chill from driving for a few minutes.

I'm not sure what happened with the staff, but they definitely have not been friendly the last few times my wife and I have went in. And it's sad because we are regulars, and they talk and treat us as if they dont know who we are. They have NEVER rushed us to pick our toppings, NOW, it's like "ok what's your next topping" like literally rushing us to pick what we want to hurry and get us out. This last time there was no customers so there was no need to rush us. I kept cool this time, but next time, I will not be so patient with them and make sure to let them know to check their selfs. We are regulars and do not deserve to be treated that way. If your not happy with your job, GO FIND ANOTHER! And I WILL let that be known if we are treated the same next visit.
