I'm not sure what happened with the staff, but they definitely have not been friendly the last few times my wife and I have went in. And it's sad because we are regulars, and they talk and treat us as if they dont know who we are. They have NEVER rushed us to pick our toppings, NOW, it's like "ok what's your next topping" like literally rushing us to pick what we want to hurry and get us out. This last time there was no customers so there was no need...

This has been my go-to location. I’ve been living in Tulare for about 3 years now and have encountered many different Employees. There’s a specific employee named Ana who is just the best!
