Excellent food and service at Braised!! The bar area is chic and comfortable with delicious appetizers and unique drinks. It's a fun, relaxing vibe and great place to catch up with friends. We shared the surf and turf (prawns, pork belly and veggies), which was perfect....wish I would have have taken a photo.

Our experience started off really well. Their complimentary bread and butter was fantastic. The whipped sweet butter and soft warm bread really hit the spot. Then we look at the menu. Very pricy. Want to add chicken to a $15 salad? That'll be an extra $15. Salmon is an extra $22! I've been to a lot of fancy restaurants but never seen close to that much to add meat to a salad. We ordered the lasagna and the stuffed chicken. Neither really stood out like you would expect from food at their prices. It was good, cooked well, and the portion sizes were good, but for $40 I expected more I guess. The service was good when they eventually got to our table. 1 host and 1 server just doesn't cut it for the entire restaurant.

For a busy night the service staff were top notch and the kitchen performed very well The sweet potato gnocchi with its lightly creamy sauce was a delight The Brussels sprouts prepared by frying with bits of maple bacon left a well deserved empty plate

First timer, and now frequent patron of this amazing local California cuisine and cocktails! Drinks were on point, as was the wine ?. I had appetizers and was not disappointed. Very good! Service was great! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The perk for me was meeting the owner, Julie. Thank you for sharing your story. You dropped some knowledge on me about food sources, and health benefits I took for granted. Thank you for waking me up to that. Many blessings to you!! ??NBakersfield CA

The food was great. Every dish we had was good with only minor changes to make it outstanding. The service however was definitely OUTSTANDING. Anything we needed was taken care of. The decor is reminiscent of a modern farm house and is very comfortable but elegant.

Great Food. Had a baked potato with my steak, which is usually unremarkable, but this one was the best potato I ever had!

Have always enjoyed our experience at Braised (5-6 previously visits) Service was very good as always. Food delivery was slower than normal. Food was good except for NY Steak that was not great. Will definitely be back

The menu was fantastic. We had the Salmon and Pork Chop plates. The service was epic from the minute we walked through the door till we left. I think you will be blown away by the whole epic experience at this restaurant.

Service was pretty slow. We had reservations which I would highly recommend, especially for a Saturday evening. Portions were very small considering the price. I had the beet salad which was delicious, but I am pretty sure it contained only one beet, cut in pieces to spread it across the plate to make it look like more. The French onion soup was just ok. Nothing special. Not salty at all. The short rib was one small square. Once the fat was removed there was very little meat left, but it was extremely tasty and tender. It was served with polenta which was very rich, possibly made with cream? This was our first time trying the restaurant, but we will be back for the lamb lollipops! Absolutely the best ever! I do not know how they did it, but they did not have the typical lamb flavor at all. Prepared with a coating that was delicious. So tender they melted in your mouth. Order the appetizer portion. You will get 3 of them and it is a full meal in itself!

Traveling back home from Las Vegas and we came across this restaurant online although at the time we couldn't tell that it was a higher end establishment so we felt guilty for coming in basically in sweatpants and hoodies. Sorry for that ! Service was wonderful clam chowder was amazing we got the recommended wine with our food and it was delicious ! Definitely take any advice, the hostess/staff offers you! Strongly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake!

I set up a private party at Braised, and one of the main factors that influenced my decision was the outstanding service and communication I had with William, whom I believe is the General Manager. Compared to the other two restaurants I contacted, William's promptness and assertiveness in our email exchange stood out, ultimately leading me to choose Braised. When we arrived at the restaurant for the party, it exceeded my expectations - the staff was exceptional, and the food was truly phenomenal.Try it, you won't regret it! Loved it.
