The play area is DISGUSTINGLY filthy. There was mashed up food everywhere. The food was burnt yet cold. Staff was maybe late teens and provided horrible service. I will go else where, I regret going this one time.

These kids are young and they are learning, proper learning would do this place but hey the food was so delicious not too much the onion ring but a gentleman manager on 10 of October was very willing to deal with my kareness and way to go buddy keep up the learning you gonna be a good leader

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and it was NOT good. The lettuce was low grade and wilted and the mayo was overwhelming. I asked for extra tomato and they added one tiny slice. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away.

The worst service ever! I’m not trying to be racist but the guy that works there he was like Asian or Philippine and he was very very rude. He had an attitude and he spoke to us very rudely in a mean tone. His customer service was really bad. I’ve never been treated this way before in my life.

Goofy pregnant girl working has a garbage attitude and her customer service is horrible. Fast food workers getting paid $20+ for bs service is crazy to me.

Ordered food from there a few nights ago and the meat was raw and when my bf took it up to show the worker at the counter the reaction was ridiculous they were acting like they didn’t just serve it calling it disgusting asking why did you set it on the counter? like really how else was he supposed to to show them another employee laughing and one telling him to just get out of here leave! And that’s putting it nicely their behavior was unacceptable and it was the first time to witness such behavior from a fast food place and when we were told to come by in the morning to talk to the head manager about the situation he did nothing and said he wasn’t going to do nothing about it his name was Sing and he is very unprofessional very rude and should not being running the place as a manager and his night employees are following his behavior as well We tried to call the 1 800 number but it hangs up on you Hopefully someone higher up and in charge of this Bardsley location sees this and takes action on him and the crew Sad that we will not be going to this location anymore it was convenient and right down the street from our shop!

The younger staff is friendly but the manager is rude and acts prejudice against those who are homeless even though they are paying customers. So unprofessional.

Dietary restrictions: They have none.

Kid-friendliness: The only thing kid friendly is the kids climbing aparaeadus . Otherwise the kids meals are always cold or hard not good.

Wheelchair accessibility: Just one ramp. Minimum. It should have at least two.

Recommended dishes: Chicken Fries, Whopper, Cheap Rodeo Burgers, Onion Rings, Original Chicken Sandwich

Went to this location today in the pouring rain because usually the staff and location is good but today there worker named Timothy took my order through the drive thru and he was very rude didn't ask if I would like any sauce with my order of nuggets and chicken fries I basically had to tell them myself do his job for him because if not I knew they wouldn't give me any sauce they never do! I also had to basically yell through the speaker so he could hear me kept saying "wait what" and raising my voice while I have a sick sleeping 2 year old in the car was not the business. As well as due to raising my voice my toddler woke up crying so in my frustration I forgot 2 add 2 cones to my order so when I pull up to the window and wanted to add them on real quick(mind you there was no one else in the drive thru at the time) he tells me no he can't add on anything at the window. Which in turn I responded with I've been told when there's no one else in the line and if it's simple add on you are allowed to he says no he can't and proceeds to slam the window in my face all while my 2 year old is crying I the car. Worst fastdood experience ever
