This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Brought my kids here earlier in the week to play at the play structure. The “manager” on duty packed my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention I was told I had to pay for the item I was missing again if I wanted the correct item. What?? So we came back tonight and when I asked for my drink cups I was told by the young girl that took my order that I didn’t order drinks. I told her I did (because I KNOW I did) and she immediately began to argue loudly with me that I never asked for drinks. When I turned to ask the same on duty manager from our previous horrible experience if this employee was really allowed to engage in a full blown argument with me while I was ALREADY re-ordering and had money out to pay for the drinks that they never heard me ask for the first time. The “manager” stood watching and condoning this behavior. Even encouraging it to continue. I was cursed at, threatened and disrespected openly and it was allowed. I have never seen such unprofessional ghetto type behavior in my life! I would even give one star if zero was an option. Shame on this place!

I Literally stood by the kitchen entrance and watch as some cook without gloves made my sandwich, told the person upfront and they couldnt give me a straight answer as to why he wasnt wearing gloves, just walked out didnt even want a

I only got a couple sandwiches and they were both wrong. Which wouldn't be so bad but I was the only customer they had. I don't think I made my order very difficult. They were fast though

Stay away from Burger King in Smyrna Delaware! I placed an online order and not only were the sandwich and french fries cold, but they didn't have one of the items I ordered, but I was still charged for it. I was told to go online for a refund. I attempted to do that, but I couldn't find where to ask for my refund on the website. I then sent an email to customer service along with a picture of my receipt. I never received an answer. So, I attempted to call customer service, but only got a recorded message of how to send an email. Poor company procedures and accessibility. I don't know if all Burger Kings are the same, but procedures are probably the same all over. Judging by what I'm reading sounds like they are. Burger King doesn't exist for me any more!
Ridiculous that at 7 o'clock at night we're having to wait 40 minutes in the drive-through! and there's really not a lot of cars which be taking that long!

There was nothing special about this burger king. The service could have been a little friendlier. They weren't rude, just not friendly either. Their food wasn't great but how much can you expect. All in all I'd say my visit here was average.

I want to REPORT THOSE PEOPLE I SPEND ALMOST 13 dls on food ,and when I ask for WATER THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CHARGE ME FOR A CUP OF WATER ( TAP WATER) what's is this in California?? Is illegal to charge for a cup of water I was so thirsty it was more than 100 degrees. Horrible exoeand the manager didn't handle the situation properly. Racist and rude!! Never going back to that place.
