We had the strangest experience in the drive thru this evening. In the 30+ years that I've been coming to this location I have never had a problem. First I want to say that management has always been great! I've engaged with several of them over the years and they have always been helpful, but today the young lady at the window had some very odd behavior insinuating that I had a problem and immediately asked if I wanted to speak to her manager and then proceeded to call her. Obviously the young girl lacks customer service while engaging with the customers. She definitely needs restraining

it's 11 pm waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru to order some friesnever got our order taken or anything leftif they close at 12 I don't see what the big issue is If we order at 11 ?

We visited this restaurant Friday evening (12/15/23) and I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing employees that were working that night. One of other the customers that was there had special needs and was given so much love and attention by the staff. This young man was treated with so much respect and kindness!! He was offered some of the toys that are given out with the children’s meals and also given a crown. They went out of their way to treat him with dignity and love and that did not go unnoticed!! Their kindness and thoughtfulness for this man was extremely sweet and made my whole day! Whoever y’all are, thank you! And never stop being kind!The food was great too!
I was in the drive thru with my mom to get my food. After I got my food my fries were cold. When I walked in to the Restaurant this older lady with glasses was rude. I asked for a ranch dressing and she threw it in the bag. I ask for a couple more and she told me rudely "I'm only gonna give you one. AND THEN SHE THREW MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER!!! I AM REALLY UPSET ????

If you're wanting a burger from here at 10 pm probably should go else where...they had no meat other than chicken...funny considering its"burger king"??♀️ and no shakes because apparently they like to clean the machines when too many people want them...
