Super disappointed in òur last trip to chillis. We ordered to-go because they were super busy that night which was fine but when we received our order it was missing items (items we paid for and never got), they didn't give us any straws or utensils as we requested and the food was not at all worth it. We ended up coming home and feeding the rest to the dogs. Everything was just awful and to top it off when we took a bite of our desert i got a big piece of paper or wrapper in my mouth. Needless to say we won't be visiting again.

Not enough servers during lunch hour the bartender had to cover 10 tables by himself. I had got up more than twice to get service. Paul stoker is the manager who needs to do a better job. I asked the server for the managers name to let the server know this isn't his fault it is managements.

I love chili's. I usually get the 3 for $10.99. I get so much food when l take out l have 2 meals. It also comes with a drink. I love the blackberry ice tea.
It's always a great experience. Bartenders are very friendly. Except for it being cold as hell in their and having to wear a jacket, the experience is always amazing.
