Paid almost 25 dollars for a half empty bowl, even asked for double steak and barely any.

I did an online order through the app for pick up . I paid extra for a side of guacamole which I did not get instead got a side of corn? Also I got added cheese in my bowl when I didn’t want any cheese . And I wanted my hot sauce on the side and got it in the bowl . I double checked and I did not order anything this way I noticed when I got home .

Terrible service. The tall bigger lady was the worst super rude. Nothing was ready and got upset when they had to do their job. Everyone there was terrible.

Same delicious flavor as any chipotle but very stingy on meat and the burrito was falling apart and dripping through the tinfoil because it was poorly wrapped.

EDIT: soon after writing this, it became clear that it did not agree with me. I have the same order at chipotle semi regularly and have never had this reaction. Stay away!

Horrible service. Some big white lady named Brook made my food horrible and had a terrible attitude. The sad thing is it seemed like she was training somebody.

Staff is pretty rude, always short on the portions (even for Chipotle standards). I’ve asked for slightly more chicken when they give me half a scoop and I get 3 extra pieces of chicken and they charge me for double. Very slow service as well, been in line with over 10 people and they still only have one person on the line.

I wish i would have checked the reviews before I ordered because the staff here are something else. I ordered kids tacos for my sister and the food portion was so small that I had to ask them to add more but the response was it comes with 2 ounces of rice, ma’am if I am paying for extra hard taco shell i obviously want extra rice and definitely I can pay 0.50 cents for it but she didn’t even add and she didn’t even tell us that it comes with chips, when the cashier mentioned it the female staff seemed pissed. Please sell reasonable portion size.

I travel around the country for work and often stop at different Chipotle locations. My experience tonight was one of the best I’ve ever had! The employees were welcoming and friendly, and the woman who wrapped my burrito was a true pro. She managed to pack it full while still wrapping it perfectly—so well that every bite has the right mix of ingredients, which is something I usually miss at other locations. Great job to the whole team! I rarely take the time to leave reviews unless an experience is negative, but this one was so positive I felt it deserved to be shared.

Horrible customer service. Have gone in several occasions and every time there’s someone ringing up customers with an attitude. You should not have people working the registers like that. Will not be going back here.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and nasty to customers and workers. Not a great look for this company as I’ve already seen so many complaints about her alone on here and yelp.

i've never written a review but their brown rice is an act of terrorism against my mouth. Why am i eating sunflower seeds?

Lately the chipotle here has been flavorless, i don’t know they need to put a different cook to make the things because only certain days your able to taste the rice, the guacamole, the beans, the chicken even the lettuce. They need to flavor good especially with the prices, sucks to not like something that cost so much :/

The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 on the service is because there were 2 gentlemen working that were really nice, friendly and smiling, but the 3 female workers were rude. No eye contact and seemed annoyed that I was there and bothering them.
