Chipotle Mexican Grill

Lately the chipotle here has been flavorless, i don’t know they need to put a different cook to make the things because only certain days your able to taste the rice, the guacamole, the beans, the chicken even the lettuce. They need to flavor good especially with the prices, sucks to not like something that cost so much :/

The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 on the service is because there were 2 gentlemen working that were really nice, friendly and smiling, but the 3 female workers were rude. No eye contact and seemed annoyed that I was there and bothering them.

One of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been too. Service is slow, portions are weak. New employees were clueless, they weren’t aware they offered hard shells and management was just standing around looking dumb. Better value elsewhere.

Al the women waitress are 4ft Tall and 5ft Wide to much Junk in the Trunk Heavy on the make up 💄 👄🫦👁

Quick, even during rush hours, but definitely don't order online. They really cheat on the portion sizes for online orders it's almost comical, except it's your own money that is lost so it's not that funny.

Night shift at this restaurant gives half a bowl if you’re lucky. Total rip off! Rice and beans costs nothing. They barely put any chicken on it. They sprinkle it on! I told them it’s to skimpy to pay 11 bucks for and some kid there just said have a good, another words leave!! And that’s what I did. Rip off!! Tulare off prosperity!

We went before the dinner rush but some lady in front of us ordered a bajillion things. The staff was slow to respond and get an extra hand on the assembly line so it ended up being 1 worker putting together what was supposed to be a catering order while the line was getting super long. Hopefully next time they can be more responsive.

Also, the music is suuuper loud on the north side of the building. It was a deterrent for us.

Mobile order is the worst. You arrive there on pick up time and your order takes another 15 to 20 minutes. What’s the point of mobile order if I have to wait there up to 20 minutes to get the order prepared. It would be much quicker to get in line and get the order. And this is not on one instance this review came after this happening on five multiple occasions.

I love Chipotle! However, the price for how little you get is pretty ridiculous now. Sometimes they put a good amount of food in my usual order & sometimes they skimp on the meat & beans. I ordered a bowl recently & it came out looking more like a rice salad with extra cheese. The food is so good but I don’t think I’m willing to spend $20 for a skimpy salad & chips anymore. 🥵

Rushed the whole time there wasn’t even a line behind me! Waiting for my child to pick his options and the lady gave him a horrible look. His kids bag of chips had FOUR chips in there! The other kids bag was full. I showed them they said they weigh it! Made me buy another kids bag which was full. No one was in a good mood there!

It was great. They seemed to be very busy but still got orders out the whole time. Food was done great and the employees were also great. Very professional and nice.
