I travel around the country for work and often stop at different Chipotle locations. My experience tonight was one of the best I’ve ever had! The employees were welcoming and friendly, and the woman who wrapped my burrito was a true pro. She managed to pack it full while still wrapping it perfectly—so well that every bite has the right mix of ingredients, which is something I usually miss at other locations. Great job to the whole team! I rarely take the time to leave reviews...

We went before the dinner rush but some lady in front of us ordered a bajillion things. The staff was slow to respond and get an extra hand on the assembly line so it ended up being 1 worker putting together what was supposed to be a catering order while the line was getting super long. Hopefully next time they can be more responsive.

Also, the music is suuuper loud on the north side of the building. It was a deterrent for us.

I love Chipotle! However, the price for how little you get is pretty ridiculous now. Sometimes they put a good amount of food in my usual order & sometimes they skimp on the meat & beans. I ordered a bowl recently & it came out looking more like a rice salad with extra cheese. The food is so good but I don’t think I’m willing to spend $20 for a skimpy salad & chips anymore. 🥵
