Cinnabon is not what it used to be. The icing on the roll is so little that you can see right through it. If you genuinely want frosting, you have to buy extra and even then they don't fill the little cup with it. You have to buy 4 or 5 cups to properly frost your roll.

Eli the "Manager" needs to be fired. Completly rude to customers, refused to give a refund or exchange when told the the cinabun was raw in the middle.

No stars for you Flying J !! We pulled into this truck stop in Tulare California and we went into take showers and came back out to see a note on our window stating we had 30 minutes to move the truck or be towed When asked about the note and were told by Victoria Ramos manager that she doesn't give a s*** your not Mexican so move your truck or have it towed . Avoid this truck stop at all costs they racially profile and hate the military as I'm a disabled veteran Shame on you Flyimg J !!!

After driving many hours on I-99, we decided to stop at Flying-J. We always stop at other Flying-J.There are many parking spaces but not full of cars. Very strange. We took a snooze in our car to get some rest before driving off.One of your employee knock on my window and told us that we can't park here. We'll, I told her that we will be leaving soon. Guessed what. You just lost a loyal customer. We decided not to top off our gas at Flying J. We decided not to spend money in your store. Because you don't welcome us taking a rest break in your parking lot, we went across the street to Love's Travel Stop. We spent over $55 in gas and food at Love's, your competitor... Minus 3 stars.

I stopped in to take a shower and it was $18 and the showers were very clean and very hot water with clean towels and washcloths provided.I wanted to park overnight in the parking lot, but that was not allowed in my personal vehicle

Just garbage we drove from Hanford,I asked what was the prices and they showed me a chart on the counter so I seen 6 rolls from $15 and when I was to pay them it was $25 I asked what happened she said the hot ones are more expensive so to warm a 15 dollar pack is $10 box?? It's not the money it's the abuse!!

The employees were friendly at this location, but the app didn't work dependably, the employees had no answers, the prices were high, and not at all up to flying J's at other locations that I have visited. Tulare was a bad choice.
One of the best Flying J I've come across. It looks fairly new in comparison to others I've been to. There are dedicated RV lanes as well! We need more of these.

Great place, great staff, well lit, and clean bathrooms. Stopped by tonight (Thursday around 9pm) to fill up gas and grab an energy drink. I'm new to the app but was able to figure out how to use it to save a few cents on gas. When I went inside to buy a drink, I pulled out the app to see if there were any deals. A cool cashier girl pointed out that the app had an offer for a FREE Cinnabon roll. FREE. Absolutely FREE. She even went out of her way to get one for me. Delicious treat for the road. Totally appreciate the friendly service and will definitely be back again!

Stopped by with my girlfriend while out of town to grab some Cinnabon and Wendy's, which was such a great experience. An employee named Holman helped us at the Cinnabon booth, who was extremely nice and helpful. Our service at the Wendy's was equally amazing. Will definitely stop by again. Thank you all!

Every time I go to a flying j it is clean, well stocked with food and drink both healthy and otherwise. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and everything always goes smoothly. I usually plan my stops around flying j locations. Keep up the great work. See you all again soon.
