When I paid for my large ice cream I was expecting it to be around $10. It came out to about $12. The price in the store said $10.99 but the online said $8.75! Also when I called they didn’t answer!

The guy that made our food had no gloves on. I don’t think he washed his hands either.

Second time coming to Cream Base and I love it!! The food is great, I recommend the churro roll! The crepe was yummy! Service was way better than the first time around, we were greeted as we entered, they were very nice! The ambiance is so cute! My niece loved all the Halloween decore, cow print, and of course pink lighting!

Our new favorite place. The portions are generous. Coffee is awesome. So many choices.

This is my second time arriving to Cream Base and just like my first time I was welcomed with a hello. My order was a Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe and an Horchata Frappe. The Horchata Frappe has a perfect blend of coffee and horchata it is just right. As for the crepe I really enjoyed the cheesecake filling. The combination of strawberry and cheesecake was perfect for the sweet crepe. Before digging into my food I entered the restroom to wash my hands and concluded that the restroom was clean. The awesome theme and colors of the establishment befit the sweets that are sold. I recommend this place to any sweet lovers and kids who love to try exotic ice cream creations.

The rolled ice cream was really good, i got the #4 Malibu (dole pineapple with shredded coconut). I enjoyed watching them make the ice cream masterpieces :) the staff was friendly & the unsure had a cute vibe to it however since there was a few families in there, we weren't able to take a seat and couldn't enjoy our our cream there so we took it to go. It is a bit steep @ $9 for a small & $10 for a large, but we figured it was a nice once in a while treat. Another plus is that they also have a little set up with iced water & cups for you to have. That was nice.

This is my favorite rolled ice cream place but the inconsistency in the customer service really is a bummer. Today we got here a little early like 11:30 we decided to wait it was 12 and still nothing we waited and they finally opened like 12:10/15 I don't remember the exact time but it was not 12 someone was inside though since 11:50 I watched as the employee slowly wiped the tables and did random things except opening at the slowest pace I've ever seen. He waited until another employee got there to finally open. When he unlocked the door the open light was still not on but I decided to go in anyway we were waiting a long time. He looked annoyed and we weren't even greeted the employees look like they don't even wanna be there. When the girls that work here are working they are much nicer and faster. The ice cream is delicious though.

The crepes were really good, they actually roasted the marshmallows before wrapping it, amazing job. Shakes were really good as well, the horchata was fire

Finally getting to write a review about this little fun gem. We've been here before when it was newer and both then and now service has been great. Greeted as soon as you enter. They were short staffed with a packed house. Staff made sure to let us know that the wait time would be a little longer which was fine with us. We didn't get to sit at the light wall but the kids had fun watching them make the ice cream through the glass. We ordered a s'mores, vanilla w/ fruity pebbles, & a strawberry cheesecake crepe. Presentation was fun and the taste was perfect. We all enjoyed it. Glad to have this shop here during these hot summer night.

Very good ice cream and treats to choose from and the prices were fair. Just hardly any seating but still not a bad place to treat the kids

Awesome place their ice cream, crepes, and coffee are really good and have great customer service. I love it and will be coming back again ?

Their way of making ice cream is interesting.. a bit of a gimmick. The product is perhaps a bit overpriced, but was fresh. The toppings and main 'ingredient'. E.g. strawberry are what gives the overall dish flavor otherwise it's just a fresh cream flavor
