Ordered a #13 del burger large and not one napkin given. Besides the cost of stain remover for ketchup and grease everything else was good. Just thought napkins were included not optional

I had a solid experience at Del Taco recently. The food was delicious, as always, and hit all the right spots. The dining room was fairly clean, which made for a pleasant meal. I was also stoked to see plenty of hot sauce packets on the table—big bonus for me since I love the extra kick!
The only downsides were the cashier, who came off a bit rude, and the bathrooms, which were honestly pretty nasty and could use some serious attention. Overall, though, the tasty food and decent vibe make this spot worth a visit. Just maybe skip the restroom if you can!
I came through the drive thru and ordered two snack tacos add sour cream, they repeated the order back and I went on my way , to find out I had to turn around and go back due to there were onions on my tacos and not sour cream. When I returned the gentleman was very polite with his mix up ,but the heavy set woman in the kitchen was rude and unprofessional. I ask for hot sauce and napkins and she rudely replied you can go get them over there and walks away. I don't understand how you repeating my order back correctly and still getting it wrong is my fault, I should not have had to not only turn around and go back to correct my order but also I should not have been treated so rudely and with an attitude. This is ridiculous.

Fast food, you pay for what you get really. The deals are a great bang for your buck but wouldn't really get anything outside of the deals. But I personally prefer del taco over Taco Bell though, as the mild sauce is far superior.
