I came through the drive thru and ordered two snack tacos add sour cream, they repeated the order back and I went on my way , to find out I had to turn around and go back due to there were onions on my tacos and not sour cream. When I returned the gentleman was very polite with his mix up ,but the heavy set woman in the kitchen was rude and unprofessional. I ask for hot sauce and napkins and she rudely replied you can go get them over there and walks away. I don't understand how you repeating my order back correctly and still getting it wrong is my fault, I should not have had to not only turn around and go back to correct my order but also I should not have been treated so rudely and with an attitude. This is ridiculous.

Fast food, you pay for what you get really. The deals are a great bang for your buck but wouldn't really get anything outside of the deals. But I personally prefer del taco over Taco Bell though, as the mild sauce is far superior.

The food was ok. I wasn’t expecting a great taco, but it was good for fast food. I forgot to get guacamole 🥑 and salsa so that was my mistake. I think it would have enhanced the tacos.I ordered grilled chicken and street tacos with beef. The best part, was the happy woman serving up the fare. She was smiling, pleasant and got our order perfectly. Del Taco, give her a raise!!

The food there is soo good I love being with the employee there so chill and kind and sweet to especially there ice coffee is so good!!!

I get it was busy, but someone should have said "be right with you" within 2 minutes of me pulling up to the speaker. The food was wrapped poorly and got out of the wrappers, causing a mess in the bag.
