2 star is worth what you get most of the time at this location... I've been coming here for a while an every day at that an yet I've had a lot of issues with my drinks being made wrong an the way some people conduct there service. Although this doesn't go for everyone that works there cause I've met some good ones an bad ones but lately with most it seems like they don't care as much as the others... I'll continue to keep coming to this one cause it's close to work plus the people I know. With that being said they need some work to get to that 5 star but for now it is what it is.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I waited for 30 minutes at the window because there was a really long line. And no one to take orders outside. They took my order first before the cars. Then finally someone came to take the orders of the cars. How did they all get their drinks before me. When I put my order in 30 minutes before this is so ridiculous!

Kid-friendliness: my grandkids love going here after school as a treat after a long day at school and lots of homework to do after it puts them in a good mood they also have Boba drinks that are pretty popular

I always love going to grab coffee here. It's a drive-through centered coffee shop but it does have a walk up window and tables you can sit at. The coffee is always amazing and tastes how it should for the flavor you get. They don't have a lot for food, just muffin tops, but the drinks are bomb and the service is always the best! Super friendly staff, good prices, great coffee. It's a lovely place to stop at.

I dont normally leave reviews but my past 3-4 visits have been so disappointing. I’m a regular customer, and it sucks when you spend your money and it ends up being a waste because I have to throw an entire drink away. I went on 9/24/24 and I asked for a dirty soda, they accidentally gave me a regular sparkling soda and when they handed me my drink and I let them know, the proceeded to just take the same drink and add whip cream into it. No sweet cream. This was extremely dissapointing. Again, I visited today 9/28 & I waited 20 minutes for my drink to be ready, and on top of that it was extremely watered down. I got a golden eagle, and it’s as if I’m just drinking milk. There’s absolutely no sign of espresso in the drink I received today, if I wasn’t in a hurry I would’ve had it remade but I cannot wait another 20 minutes for a drink.

Coffe is good, depending on what you get. My husband got a blended caramel coffee that was extremely sweet. On the other hand, I got the Annihilator, and it was pretty good. Staff looked happy, and our order was done correctly.

I work in customer service & had a terrible day but after my experience with her I felt like my day had turned around. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came at 7:00am on 4/13/24. I am an everyday customer between The Visalia and Tulare locations. The service was terrible today, I ended up leaving without a drink. The drive-through was not moving, which I understand and that was not the problem. I decided to leave and do a walk up order no one acknowledged me at the window. I work in customer service so I understand things get busy lines may be long however just a simple I’ll be right with you would of been nice. After not being acknowledged I just decided to leave
