Came through the drive through 11/14/25 greeted by Anfernee who was super nice. He was very friendly and helpful with our order. We don’t normally eat out a lot but we were very well taken care of by Anfernee. His customer service is top notch! Appreciated him. My drive from lindsay is about 25 mins just to come to el pollo loco, will be coming more often. Thank you Anfernee :)

So i came here to try it out. Ordered the Double chicken tostada…. There was nothing double about it except the AGE on that chicken. Felt like i was chewing wood chips and hurt the whole way down my throat. I could not pick up a piece of chicken with the fork. It would not penetrate it. Portions were not double seemed regular. I guess now i know where they put the old chicken. In my eyes it should have been thrown away.

Place was spectacular clean on a taco Tuesday evening and I was amazed at the resonating decor and menu they offered. I hadn't eaten inside a pollo loco in years!! I like the decent menu prices and the delicious food was soooo good and flavorful. Lots of light and healthy options and the crew is very nice and helpful. I give a refund of applause to Pollo loco and the crew too

Went inside, ordered and as of writing, I'm currently still waiting after 20 minutes and I'm the only person in here...(edit) i had lost my debit card there and came back the next day and they had found it for me. Unfortunately they have messed up my order multiple times since then. At this point I feel I've given more than enough chances to this particular store.

The vibes & energy are electric in this place. The manager came up with a meal for me only because they couldn't complete my order & I must admit I wasn't feeling 100% myself but the staff & the manager the whole team are amazing I am sorry for my attitude
The restaurant was dirty and fountain area had spilled soda. The service was slow and the chicken burrito was mostly filler not alot of chicken. I like the chicken they prepare but today.

The chicken is always good. Their self service kiosk is trash. It doesnt let you use your points to get your free meals from the app so now you have to spend more money. The staff is friendly and are always available to assist you if you need anything.

I had a really unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this El Pollo Loco location. While waiting in the drive thru, I could hear what seemed to be the general manager loudly yelling at the staff to hurry up with orders. It created such an uncomfortable and tense environment I felt rushed just trying to place my order. When I finally received my food, I was disappointed again. I ordered a double tostada, and there was barely any chicken in it. The lettuce looked old and unappetizing, and overall, the quality of the food just didn’t match what I expected. This visit was a huge letdown, and I won’t be returning. The way the staff is treated and the lack of care in the food shows that this location really needs better management.

This Pollo Loco has nothing on the one in Dinuba blvd. Ordered a double chicken tostada salad. They forgot the dressing, the chicken was dry and bland. Even the tostada bowl was burnt.
