Came through the drive through 11/14/25 greeted by Anfernee who was super nice. He was very friendly and helpful with our order. We don’t normally eat out a lot but we were very well taken care of by Anfernee. His customer service is top notch! Appreciated him. My drive from lindsay is about 25 mins just to come to el pollo loco, will be coming more often. Thank you Anfernee :)
Very friendly knowledgeable staff, very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Family friendly most important the staff, friendly and professional and very hard working. I highly recommend this location to everyone, always a good experience and the chicken is very delicious.
Place was spectacular clean on a taco Tuesday evening and I was amazed at the resonating decor and menu they offered. I hadn't eaten inside a pollo loco in years!! I like the decent menu prices and the delicious food was soooo good and flavorful. Lots of light and healthy options and the crew is very nice and helpful. I give a refund of applause to Pollo loco and the crew too
