This is a fun, exciting taco experience. The history, food, staff was better then my expectations!

The plane and hanger space are used in a very smart way. Outside there is plenty of covered seating with fans running 💨. Inside the plane the air conditioner is on and let me tell you on a hot day (99 degrees) it was so cool inside. I was very thankful for this. There was a TV and plenty of seating.

I had seen fun reviews of the Flying Taco on TikTok and since we happened to be in the area for the long weekend we wanted to pop in. Such a cute plane with seating inside! Staff was super friendly and attentive. It was Sunday and they had an all you can eat buffet and we did that option. So delicious, the short ribs were cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing! Took my family of 5 to the Sunday buffet. Found this place via TikTok. Buffet was amazing and included Pisole, Menudo, and fresh made flour and corn Totillas. Food was amazing and was all you can eat. Service was outstanding and friendly. Definitely worth the drive from Porterville and we will be back.
