Very sad Valentines meal. The beef stroganoff was poorly warmed and obviously prepared beforehand with how rubbery it was. We waited 1.5 hours for food, it was early with few customers. The meat was okay, I’m taking it home to make a sandwich. The drinks were good, waitress wasn’t very cheerful or skilled in knowing the menu. I was told there wasn’t a drink menu, walked to the bar and ordered a drink off of the drink menu the bar tender was accommodating. I would let you know the waitresses name, but she didn’t introduce herself. I’m usually a pretty understanding person, but this place ruined my day and I hate wasting food.

Atmosphere was odd... seemed to be trying to be upscale but at the same time being family friendly. Our waitress was wonderful and very sweet so nothing bad to say in that regard haha. Our food was.... definitely subpar. My husband got the bistro steak sandwich in which the steak was inconsistently cooked, the cut of steak was definitely cheap and the sweet potato fries (which we both had) were underseasoned and seemed to maybe be frozen. My sandwich was the avocado, bacon and turkey sandwich. The turkey was clearly store bought deli meat, the bun (for both of us) was clearly cheap and soggy, the slices of tomato on mine kept causing the sandwich to slide and fall apart while trying to eat it and our bacon on both sandwiches was undercooked and limp. My glass of prosecco was more carbonated then my husband's glass of Stella Artois beer. The beer showed up and had no head to it and zero carbonation. Definitely not someplace we'll likely eat at again. There's definitely other cheap, family friendly places that give better quality food.

The waitress was wonderful but unfortunately that's where it stops. The bistro steak sandwich was half medium rare and have well done (wasn't asked on cook temp so didn't know if I could request) and cold, the bread was definitely frozen or at least old and soggy, the beer was absolutely flat and the sweet potato fries while fried well, had zero flavor and burnt ends. Felt like I paid 30$ for a 10$ lunch. Overall, wouldn't return or recommend.

Just left Fugazzis in Tulare, after sitting there for honestly an hour waiting for our dinner . Went to bar and asked our waitress for our bill for two beers and an iced tea and the waitress just said ok , she did not care . The place was not busy at all . We arrived at 4:40 pm and asked for the bill at 5:45 . Bad Bad service we will not be back . And will tell all our friends and family.

Every time we've visited this restaurant we were not disappointed. The staff is very welcoming when you first walk in. They have a nice sitting area at the bar. The lemon drop martinis are top-notch. The waiters are very polite, and they don't make you feel rushed. The menu is just the right size. It doesn't have a ton of items that just overwhelm you. The drink menu is filled with some pretty good suggestions as well. From start to finish, we were treated very welcomed. The waiter didn't hover much but did show up when we needed something. It didn't feel like we were bothering him every time he had to go to the kitchen to bring us something we asked for. Five stars are well earned. Thank you.Parking: The parking is a bit congested at the moment. They are redoing the parking lot, so it should be fully open soon.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap parking with wheelchair friendly entrances all around.
Really enjoyed the food...I got the California Bistro sandwich! The steak was tender and tasty. The truffle fries were REALLY good! That was our first time eating there...will definitely go back! Our server, Eric, was very attentive and helped make our first experience a good one!
