Came to pick up a doordash order around 3:20 on Thursday went in to politely asked for my order then the girls decided to make a weird face and then decided to laugh as soon as I left made me feel very uncomfortable and don't know what I did to make them feel the need to want to make fun of me Not gonna lie not the one to post about any of this stuff but it really did make it feel uncomfortable

Drinks are great but I’ve had a really unpleasant experience at the counter that felt almost hostile? Scrawny cashier with dark hair I don’t know how accurate the name is but I think it was Ken?

Drinks are well crafted. Don't offer wifi to customers though!

7 minutes to close and they won't take my order!

Great customer service but the place doesn’t provide wifi/internet for its customers.

Fun stop with the kids. Complicated to order but the staff was very thorough and things went smoothly. Very fun drinks

I’ve tried a lot of boba tea spots in California but this one is actually my favorite. Love their teas. Very friendly people and cozy atmosphere.

Great people, and great place for a drink or rest for a bit after keep shopping.Trying the cheese waffles (mochi nuggets) was an other level experience for my son (he loves cheese )I loved their strawberry jelly jelly Boba ? ?

Ibwas first introduced to Gong cha on the East Coast, so I was super stoked to see one here in little old Tulare. Service was fantastic and out drinks were luscious. ?

One of my favorite tea places in central valley & I appreciate how they are very accommodating to customizing your own drink. Although there is one female worker that isn't very knowledgeable when I order a customized drink & seems frustrated when I order a honey lemon green tea that's not as popularized, i still understand it takes time to learn & familiarize yourself with tea flavors. But overall the tea tastes amazing.
