Didn't expect Gong Cha to be in this area as we were looking for dessert places to go. Fast service and answered any questions we had regarding the drinks. The pearls were a bit hard though but possibly because it was towards the end of the night.

Drinks are DELICIOUS. I love that you get 100% control of the amount of sweetness and ice! Don't forget to add yummy toppings. Definitely coming back. They also have a reward system. Gotta try the mochi nuggets. So good! We tried both the regular mochi (better) and mango. Staff was really friendly and helpful. And patient because we didn't know what we wanted. So many options!
One of my favorite tea places in central valley & I appreciate how they are very accommodating to customizing your own drink. Although there is one female worker that isn't very knowledgeable when I order a customized drink & seems frustrated when I order a honey lemon green tea that's not as popularized, i still understand it takes time to learn & familiarize yourself with tea flavors. But overall the tea tastes amazing.

1st time here. Daughter got brown sugar milk tea with foam. 10/10 oldest son got strawberry milk smoothie with star jelly peach 10/10. Little guy got brown sugar boba no boba 8/10 wasn't his favorite but still yummy. Mommy got to Finnish it

Located in the Tulare outlets ... plenty of parking. If you love Boba; you'll love this place. Clean inside and quick service ! Not a ton of seating; more like grab and go. Ordered brown sugar cloud milk tea.... It was good; sweet just the way I like it. If I'm ever nearby I'll stop here to try more flavors.
