Went to breakfast around 1030 , didnt get asked our drinks until 1045 , ordered our food and still no drinks served to us. We decided to walk out at 11:10 , horrible service.

Me and the wife was gonna change it up and go here instead but reason we left there were clean tables open for two but still had to wait for a table to cleaned why?so went to our normal spot without the wait Denny's I'm sure IHOP is also good but I'd rather be seated than have to wait for 15 20 minutes

Second time there and the service is awful.. I spent a good portion of my adult life as a waitress. I could definitely understand if she had been slammed. She wasn't. And as a funny side note .. I actually worked at an IHOP many moons ago.

As a special needs family, we would like to give our waiter,Dory, a big shoutout for making our day yesterday.
Going out with our special needs daughter is not easy at times, but going to a restaurant who accommodates your request to “sit farther” is so important.. but to have a waiter like Dory makes our outings feel “normal.”
Dory offered us a kind gesture as we waited for our food that helped my daughter as we waited for our food, and that just made our whole day! We wanted to make sure we praised her work and the location for making our day! 💜

We waited 20 min to get our drink order then 10 more minutes to get out drinks, we needed refills and there was not one waiter on the floor for a while!!! No one to check if we needed anything, Never coming back, definitely needs better servers!

We had the BEST service at this location. I've visited several other IHOP restaurants and they're "ok" but this location was so CLEAN, friendly and the food was actually delicious.

Today my family and I had breakfast at IHOP. We had the most amazing waitress named Dorie(we asked her name). She was very attentive though the restaurant was very busy, she was helpful and moved us from a booth to a table where we were comfortable. (There was not a table available at the time). She was kind, considerate, fast and very pleasant. She knows the menu well and we were very satisfied and happy she was our waitress.
Sarah is a wonderful server, made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay and offered a to-go coffee before we left. We need more Sarahs in this world, y'know?
